GRAPHICS SYSTEM is a company made up of several departments which constitute an integral graphic chain. Pre-press, offset printing, screen printing, digital printing, signage workshop (light boxes, roll-ups, flags, pop-ups, banners, etc.) and advertising objects.
WE ARE RECRUITING AN EXPERIENCED QUALITY SPECIALIST
THE MISSIONS OF THE POSITION
The experienced quality manager is responsible for checking and optimizing the quality of production at all stages of the manufacturing process: from the choice of raw materials, through production methods, to final delivery.
His/her main missions are the following:
Implementation of the quality approach (ISO9001:2015)
Follow-up and update of the integrated quality management system leading to certification
- Realization of internal audits
- Analysis of non-conformities, definition of corrective actions and control of their implementation
- Regulatory monitoring
- Measuring the effectiveness of the system, and updating procedures and indicators
Organization of management reviews.
Leading the implementation of a quality system, ensuring that it meets the requirements of the management and ensuring reporting
Animation of the Quality approach within the company
Propose and ensure the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions in consultation with the departments concerned
Raising awareness and involving all staff in the Quality approach
Communication to all staff of the procedures, operating methods and instructions of the integrated quality management system
Active participation in site improvement projects
Updating of regulatory documents (inspection sheets, etc.).
Validation of the technical aspect and quality control of customer orders
Quality follow-up of suppliers and customers
Management of the relationship with suppliers by ensuring the implementation of supplier management rules, managing supplier quality incidents and developing the preventive aspect with suppliers
Participation in supplier audits and validation of their processes.
Validation of incoming products, and approval of the quality of delivered products according to the customer's requirements.
Drafting of inspection reports and management of customer complaints.
Coordination of inspections and visits by control and classification bodies and other partners.
Active participation in safety audits and the implementation of safety and environmental actions.
AGENT'S PROFILE
Skills and qualities
At least 5 years experience in the field
Strong technical skills in risk management and analysis (fire safety, first aid, hazardous work, etc.)
Mastery of metrological analysis techniques, problem-solving methods and computer tools.
Knowledge of QSE standards (in particular ISO9001 and 14001) and safety and environmental standards.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills
Proposal force, critical mind, rigor
Bilingual (French - English)
Master's degree in Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE)
